Basically, we are setting 3 lines quality control.
1. For spare parts, all the spares will be strictly inspected by skilled QC according to standard drawing about material, dimesnion and tolerance before stock in warehouse;
2. During assembly, the skilled workers who will focus on one specifc part will inspect the part in actual assembly situation, checking its tolerance and coordination with other related parts;
3. Test running, each every machine will be tested running for 4 hours to every motion parts running status, just in case of any suspect parts and problem of each machine.
